چکیده
The antioxidant defense system of the medicinal plant Raphanus sativus L. tuber root in terms certain enzymes (ascorbat peroxidase, glutathion reductase, catalase, superoxide dismutase) and lipid peroxidation against gray mold disease caused by Botrytis cinerea fungus on Vicia faba (bean) leaves was analyzed spectrophotometrically. V. plants were grown from seed under controlled conditions. A spore suspension 105 spores/ml B. prepared. treated with 1-) only distilled water, 2-)only DMSO, 3-) (positive control), 4-) extract applications (distilled ethanol methanol extract),5-) treatment after (extract:fungus). harvested 24 48 hours applications. Analyzes supernatants obtained extracts performed It has been revealed that activity all investigated generally increased extract:fungus application groups compared to group. determined alone an increase other than groups. observed there (MDA) group except 10mg/ml water treatment. As a result research, it enzyme levels decreased MDA content when negative control positive In applications, activities extract:fungus, EtOH MeOH From this point view, can be stated R. give response inoculation alone.

detection of volatile compounds of medicinal plants with some nano-sorbents using modified or new methodologies and investigation of antioxidant activity of their methanolic extracts
in this work, a novel and fast method for direct analysis of volatile compounds (davc) of medicinal plants has been developed by holding a filament from different parts of a plant in the gc injection port. the extraction and analysis of volatile components of a small amount of plant were carried out in one-step without any sample preparation. after optimization of temperature, extraction time a...
biocontrol ability of some essential oils against botrytis cinerea, the causal agent of apple gray mold
constant use of chemical fungicides has faced to increasing public concern regarding contamination of perishables with fungicidal residues, and proliferation of resistance in the pathogen populations. so recent researches in this area has focused on the development and evaluation of alternative control strategies to reduce dependency on synthetic fungicides. accordingly, in this research in vit...
